Suppose your storage fails on your server, at that time we will immediately receive a notification. 

All our servers are always equipped with multiple disks, so it is no problem if one or more disks fail. This is called “Raid” configuration. Meanwhile, the system will continue to run on one of the other disks. Then we start to replace the defective disk. This way you as a customer never suffer from down-time. This of course also applies to other components, such as: power supply and memory.

By constantly monitoring and updating the latest software on your servers, we ensure that there is as little downtime as possible for your servers. And if it does happen, we are quickly available to solve your problem. In these cases you can also reach us by phone 24 × 7.  Even in the evenings and weekends!

We will maintain and monitor your servers and ensure that they are updated timely and automatically with the latest security patches and, where necessary, the correct (new) hardware components. This way your servers are always secured. After maintenance and updates, a server often needs a restart. We do this automatically at night, so that you are not bothered by this. 

Sometimes this is not even necessary as we also install kernel software which can provide a rebootless update.
